The bold statement comes from Budapest-based patisserie chef Goran Taraczky who met Zoltan Alexander of THE INSTIGATOR for a talk. Chef Goran well-deserves his title. He is one of the most singular and certainly one of the youngest patisserie chefs in Europe.

Some fly to a secret island to meet fictional Chef Slowik (Ralph Fiennes) and Margot (Anya Taylor-Joy) in the movie The Menu, others rush to Budapest, just to have a glimpse of the young patisserie chef Goran Taraczky’s unique desserts. At the age of barely 18, he is also one of those rare chefs who would still have to show their ID cards in stores to buy some of the ingrediencies for his sweet creations.
